Ms. Sheryl W Johnson

biography

Based in London, Sheri is the Managing Director of our European team. She has ten years of experience in the executive search industry having owned and managed her own boutique search firm prior to joining ChampionScott Partners. She specialises in building senior management teams for pre-IPO and early-stage technology companies expanding across Europe and senior management and executive level searches for large scale enterprises. As an American living and working in London for the past 10 years, Sheri’s knowledge and experience in the technology industry on both sides of the Atlantic provide an excellent bridge for our global clients.

Prior to working in executive search, Sheri spent 18 years in sales and sales management in high end software, hardware and services. Her career includes 11 years at IBM in Southern California as a sales executive and Branch Manager. She left IBM to join a venture capital funded start-up software company where she spent two years as the Vice President of Sales. In 1990, Sheri joined Amdahl as Sales Director to launch a new Western US Software Division, and rose to become Eastern Area Sales Vice President.

Born in California, Sheri earned her bachelors degree in Mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
