Mr. Richard L Jacobson

Richard “Rick” Jacobson is co-Chief Executive Officer of The Jacobson Group. He maintains shared leadership of the definition and execution of the firm’s strategic direction.

Since joining the company in 1997, Jacobson has piloted the explosive growth and development of the flexible talent division, Jacobson Solutions. Under his leadership Jacobson Solutions has grown exponentially both in terms of revenue and in the breadth of its offerings. Currently, Jacobson maintains executive oversight of the three Jacobson Solutions business units and oversees all financial and operational functions of the organization.

Prior to his tenure with the professional and human capital services firm, Jacobson worked as Senior Integration Consultant for Andersen Consulting in Chicago. He received his master’s of business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business in Evanston, IL., with concentrations in management and strategy as well as marketing. Jacobson earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.
