Jane's educational background is in Psychology and business and the bulk of her career has been spent as a Human Resources Consultant and Manager for major hospital systems in Virginia. She brings the perspective of the hospital recruiter to the outside recruiting business. She is knowledgeable and skilled at finding nurses, technicians, and ancillary personnel where others cannot.
