New York City-based RitaSue Siegel Resources, an executive search firm that specializes in recruiting senior design and design management professionals, has appointed Bill Hughes to general manager. Mr. Hughes comes from RitaSue Siegel Resources' parent company, Boston, MA-headquartered staffing firm Aquent, where he headed the company's WebStaff division.
