Alex Hsia

biography

Born and raised in Taiwan, Alex immigrated to the United States of America when he was 14 years old. Alex thrives in multi-cultural environments with people with broad culture and backgrounds. His educational attainments include a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a MS degree in Information Management acquired from Boston University in the States. Alex’s professional career began at MITRE Corporation as a Communication Engineer, and then moved on to sales & marketing function in real estate development, construction, information management, and telecommunication. Alex focuses on searches for senior management posts in the financial sector. Some of the noted clients include Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, ING Baring Securities, Nomura Securities, ABN-AMRO Asia, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities. Prior to joining IIC Partners in Taiwan, Alex was with KPMG Consulting, TMP Worldwide, and Amrop Hever Taiwan and gained extensive practical experiences.
