Hernando Holguín is Managing Director and Partner of Prolaurum, Bogota Office. Since 1997 he has specialized in recruiting and assessing top business leaders with outstanding track records of value added results. His professional background includes over 20 years of experience in General Management positions within multinational corporations such as Nestle, Warner Lambert, Pepsico both abroad and in Colombia and with Savoy Brands International. Mr. Holguín holds a BSBA with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from Boston University. He is fluent both in Spanish and English.
