biography
Paul has more than 15 years of executive search experience, conducting both domestic and international searches for Australian-based clients. Before joining Amrop Cordiner King, he spent three years with Heidrick & Struggles and 10 years with KPMG’s Executive Search and Selection practice. Earlier, Paul was Strategic Planning Manager for ExxonMobil, where he developed investment plans and strategies for its Australian operations and performed operational accounting and auditing roles. Before joining ExxonMobil, Paul lived in the United Kingdom and worked in the financial services sector with Standard Chartered Bank and Citigroup. In recent years, Paul has specialised in higher education search, working with a range of university clients across the country and overseas. He is also accustomed to working with clients in the commercial and government sectors and across a broad range of professional disciplines. At KPMG, Paul completed search and selection assignments across both permanent and interim markets.
