Tim is a Partner at Amrop Knightsbridge with over 24 years of management experience leading Marketing and Sales teams in a number of industries including Technology, Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate. Tim focuses on building the technology practice as well as working with clients in other major market segments. Tim continues to focus on understanding the strategy of his clients first. This business approach coupled with a solid methodology to deliver on search assignments has resulted in a group of highly satisfied clients. He is personally involved in every search, ensuring a tight focus on selecting the right candidate. Tim is very active as a National Board Director with Junior Achievement of Canada, contributing to the IT Committee, the Next Generation Leaders Advisory Council and the HR Committee. He earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario after graduating from Queen's University.
