Laverne is an industry veteran with 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. She has extensive experience building, implementing and managing Recruiting functions for several industry leading companies throughout North America. Laverne has a solid reputation for creating high performing recruitment teams with extremely high success rates. Her energy and passion for talent allow her to quickly build rapport, confidence and the respect of clients, candidates and her team. Laverne’s recruiting experience has allowed her to develop an in-depth knowledge and national perspective across industry verticals at all functional levels . She thrives off of recruiting candidates who don’t wake up looking for a new job!

Prior to re-joining Integrated People Solutions, Laverne was Director, Recruiting Services for TriWorth, an Executive Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm. With a team of 10 direct reports, she was responsible for designing, implementing and managing recruiting programs for several large RPO clients to include coordinating teams and assignment of resources across clients to ensure high quality delivery.

Laverne resides in Denver with her husband and daughter. She’s an avid Denver Broncos football fan and one of the best party planners in the state.
