biography

Bart Heres has twelve years of highly successful experience in the Executive Search field. Presently he serves as the General Manager of MR Atlanta Windward and leads the North American Supply Chain Practice. Prior to this, Bart was the General Manager of MRI's company-owned Atlanta office. He assumed this position after 3 years of founding and leading a President’s Club Level MRI Franchise Office. This followed 3 years of developing the Supply Chain Practice of Management Recruiters of Cherry Hill and building a team of Search Professionals who played a major role in his group being named MRI’s Business Unit of the Year for three consecutive years. Within the MRI system, Bart has received numerous Regional, National, and International awards of recognition and is a member of MRI’s Prestigious Hall of Fame. Further, he has earned Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) status through professional accomplishment and demonstrated technical competency. Bart is a frequent speaker to Professional and Academic Associations on the topic of Career Development. These groups have included the Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC), Pennsylvania State University Logistics students, and the Council of Logistics Management (CLM). He is an active member of CLM, WERC, IIE, and APICS. Prior to his career in Executive Search, Bart enjoyed ten years of success in the area of Logistics and Operations Management. Upon completion of his MBA, he held Operational Leadership positions in wholesale distribution with a former division of Genuine Parts and in the food beverage industry with PepsiCo.
