Phoebe is a Partner at Benchmark Executive Search, responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development. Her primary focus is Federal IT and establishing a Satellite practice. With 8 years of executive search experience, Phoebe has led successful searches across many different technology sectors and all functional roles from the Director level to CXO level. Her success comes from her intense client focus and balanced candidate assessment skills. She makes it a priority to understand each client’s business objectives as well as their near and long term growth strategies. This enables her to assist the client in defining the executive talent needs of the organization and prioritizing key candidate qualifications.

Prior to joining Benchmark, Phoebe was a Vice President at Dahl-Morrow International, where she led and executed successful searches across the Satellite, IT, Government Contracting, and Professional Services sectors and across all functional areas from the Director level to the CXO level.

Before going into Executive Search, Phoebe had built a successful career in Satellite Technology, where she worked for several leading companies such as Iridium, LLC, Stratos and COMSAT. During this period, Phoebe’s responsibilities encompassed Sales Management and Distribution Management, Market Development and Program Management for the Government, NGO, Commercial and International markets. Phoebe has also served as a Parent Mentor for parents of children with congenital heart or intestinal defects, she has been an active volunteer within her community and she served as a past Membership Co-Chair for the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) for the National Capital Area
