As the Central Division Vice President for B. E. Smith, Megan Heim brings a breadth of healthcare experience in partnering with providers of all sizes to drive performance improvement. Her comprehensive understanding of hospitals and health systems was honed over 11 years with two of the industry’s leading services firms. Ms. Heim’s areas of expertise include revenue cycle, staff efficiency, clinical integration, labor cost management, case management and Medicare/Medicaid compliance. She works closely with hospitals nationwide, with a particular focus on supporting providers in the Midwest.
Through Ms. Heim’s extensive experience she has gained valuable skills in client management, technology implementation, service delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, her comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry enables her to provide B. E. Smith clients with valuable strategic leadership solutions to overcome the unique challenges facing their organizations.
Ms. Heim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
