Todd has over 22 years experience in the Twin Cities financial recruitment business. Todd is a CPA, with prior public accounting and financial management experience. Todd founded Hayden Search Group in 1992, after over 12 years experience at the staff, Partner, Senior Partner, and Director levels with a national employment agency.
