At Conroy Ross Partners, Stuart leads the Interim Management Solutions practice. He provides clients with C-Suite, director and senior management level skill sets on an interim basis when speed is critical. Stuart assists companies experiencing periods of change or growth that require specialized senior level experience to accomplish their goals. His extensive network within the Calgary business community combined with Conroy Ross’ proven methodology to identify senior talent arms him with the finest candidate pool in the market. Stuart’s ability to understand a company’s true business need and match it with the best possible resource quickly is what sets him apart from others in this industry. Prior to joining Conroy Ross Partners, Stuart worked with a global Fortune 1000 recruitment firm for more than 10 years. Over this period he directly assisted hundreds of clients to successfully hire both permanent and contract professionals. He was recognized numerous times in the top 5 percent of the company world-wide for his abilities to consistently make these successful matches. Stuart obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Calgary (Haskayne School of Business). He has spent almost 20 years in the Calgary market and developed both a strong understanding of the business culture and the ability to help companies find the specific talent they need.
