Robyn has more than 15 years of industry and leadership level experience in recruitment, search & on-boarding consulting and coaching.  As a specialist, she brings a wealth of intuitive operational improvement to strategic staffing, departmental restructuring and recruitment project management.

Robyn has hands-on experience in a wide variety of industries including Manufacturing, Transportation, Telecommunications & Engineering as well as the public sector and national level searches.

Prior to joining Harris Consulting, Robyn's experience included an extensive background in direct recruitment, staff planning and the project management from planning to execution of mass recruitment initiatives for high volume hiring projects.

In a previous role as Branch Manager with full P&L responsibility, she successfully conducted a rebuild of her branch of an international mid-level recruitment agency in a role which also functioned as the primary consultant and account manager. Suite 1400-444 St. Mary Avenue
