Jeff Hagan is President and Owner of Executive Decisions Search Group, an executive search and consulting firm with a primary focus on placing executive level talent in the retail, pet, and consumer goods industries. Jeff has been recognized as a top performer among his peers, receiving numerous awards and industry recognition. Executive Decisions has completed more than 200 searches for clients ranging from $50 million dollar private retail chains to publicly traded multi-billion dollar conglomerates.

Prior to opening his own firm, Jeff enjoyed a more than 20 year career in the retail industry. Starting as an hourly associate and working his way into leadership positions by the time he was 20 years old. He went on to serve as an Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and District Manager for Fortune 500 companies in the supermarket, discount, and home improvement industries. During this time, Jeff led the openings and expansions of several key new markets, including hiring and training store teams as well as district staffs with more than $150 million in P&L responsibility.

Meanwhile, Jeff is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) provides certification, a seal of excellence that implies a commitment to the highest standards of ethics. CPC’s are well versed in employment law, changing regulations, and business best practices.
