Pablo has worked in Executive Search since 1995. He started in the business with a well known national firm as an Associate and joined Amrop Referal in 2000, being appointed Partner in 2006. Besides Professional Services, Pablo has also recruited extensively for Consumer Goods & Retail and is experienced in serving clients in the Financial Services sector, including Insurance. In recent years Pablo has developed expertise in IT/Telecommunications and High-Tech and in Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive. As a member of the Global Industrial Practice, Pablo is very much involved in the development of the Energy Practice, activity in which he has substantial experience, including Renewable. He is also familiar with management audits, assisting clients in developing views on current leadership talent and their ability to develop within the organization.
