biography
Margarita graduated in psychology from the Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia). She has worked as the Organization Psychologist at Grupo Andes, Producciones Punch, as well as holding positions in selection, induction, planning and training of personnel.
She is a partner and owner in the kindergarten Mis Kanguritos and has worked as an Organizational Consultant since 2007.
Margarita has been the Selection Director at Logros Cornerstone since 2010.
