biography

Jane Groves brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to the MSA Executive Search practice and her role as Executive Vice President for Integrated Healthcare Strategies and Practice Leader of MSA Executive Search.

Ms. Groves specializes in working with board search committees and executive teams in assessing their leadership needs, developing competencies, and designing customized search plans to address the special circumstances of each assignment. Her consulting practice encompasses a wide range of healthcare organizations across the nation, including large integrated systems, community hospitals, medical group practices, faith-based health systems and hospitals, and academic medical centers. With her professional roots in human resources, Jane also enjoys conducting HR executive searches. She often works on joint engagements with other IHStrategies practice members to bring integrated solutions to our clients.

As the managing principal, she directs multiple client engagements and is a designer of the firm’s executive search consulting methodologies and practices. She is an invited national speaker and panelist on healthcare leadership topics. She values the long-standing client relationships that she and members of the MSA Executive Search team have established, as well as those developing each year with new clients.

Prior to joining Integrated Healthcare Strategies, Ms. Groves held positions as vice president human resources/organizational development at an academic medical center, a multi-hospital system, and a community hospital. She is a business management graduate of the University of South Florida and a member of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators, the Society for Human Resources Management, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Association of Executive Search Consultants, dedicated to promoting the highest standards of professionalism in retained executive search, adhering to a stringent professional code of ethics.
