Ms. Mariavittoria Giusti

Mariavittoria Giusti, Partner, has been with Mindoor since its founding and contributed to the start-up and development phases of the Company.



Prior to joining Mindoor, Mariavittoria worked as a Consultant, leading Management Assessment Projects for Insurance and Telecommunication companies. Thereafter, she joined a leading Multinational Executive Search firm as Senior Consultant, where she handled search projects in the Retail, Telecommunication and Consumer Goods/Luxury sectors. As a psychologist, she has also dealt with tailor-made Human Capital projects for various major companies. Moreover, she is heading Mindoor´s Human Capital Services Division.



Born in 1966, Mariavittoria holds a Masters degree at the Transactional Analysis Speciality School, in Milan (Italy) and graduated in Industrial Psychology at the University of Padua (Italy). She is a member of the Psychologists Register. She speaks fluent Italian and English.
