Sharon Giles is Director of Research and Administration for Handler and Associates. She has worked in retained executive search in various capacities for nearly 10 years, including administration, research and recruiting. She began her career with Korn/Ferry International and most recently worked with a boutique executive search firm, Fiderion Group, as an Associate responsible for research and recruitment in the financial services industry.
An Atlanta native, Sharon is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Dawnbreakers Toastmasters Club. She also holds a certification in Benchmarks, 360º leadership evaluation, from the Center for Creative Leadership of Greensboro, North Carolina. Sharon has an associate degree in business from Georgia Perimeter College and a bachelor degree in business from Georgia State University.
