He has developed a unique methodology of defining Key Performance Indicators to map ramp time, sustainability, and the return on investment to ensure the success of the match of his client and candidate.

Prior to joining HireQuality Solutions, Dan was a nationally recognized recruiter with a nationwide firm of more than 5,000 recruiters for nearly 7 years. Other past experiences include technology sales, marketing, high-risk investments, and he is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
