Francesco Garello joined Amrop as Partner in February 2014. Francesco Garello has 25 years experience in Human Resources and Organisation in some of the most important Italian multinational companies. He was Human Resources Director of Ferrari Maserati Group, Fiat Group Automobiles and Assicurazioni Generali. He made a significant contribution to the development of the new organisation in Ferrari, and successfully set up and implemented People Strategy supporting the strategic relaunch of Fiat in 2005. He was initially Group HR Director and susbsequently Chief Operating Officer of Assicurazioni Generali. He played an active role in the integration of the three companies belonging to the group (INA, Toro and Generali) successfully setting up the Italian Country. He was Chairman and General Manager of Generali Corporate Services, and Board Member of Ina Assitalia and Generali Business Solutions. He is joint author of the book «Fiat People» that illustrates the People Strategy experienced and impemented in Fiat. He has a degree in Law from the University of Turin and speaks English and French.
