biography
Walter Gai is a Managing Director of Amrop in Italy. Walter joined Amrop (Amrop D&G) in 2009, after having developed a 10-year experience in the Executive Search sector. Walter started his career in Publitalia ’80 (Mediaset Group) in the early ’90s, achieving growing responsibilities in the Sales and Business Development areas and holding the position of Top Clients Account Manager. In 1999 he moved to the Executive Search industry, working at Eurosearch Consultants as a Partner in charge of the Turin office. Walter has carried out lots of research projects in the Manufacturing - particularly Automotive - and Media sectors, working with several large Italian and multinational companies for the search of Top Management positions. Walter holds a degree in Political Sciences from the University of Turin. He speaks English & Italian.
