Folk Friis-Frederiksen joined Amrop in 2012. Prior to joining Amrop, Folke spent more than 20 years in the Financial Services sector and has an extensive background in Investment Banking. Throughout his career, of which 10 years were spent in the US and UK, Folke has advised numerous boards of directors and senior executives across a broad range of companies, private equity funds and public sector organizations. The various Investment Banking assignments have allowed Folke to work closely with clients in financial services, energy/clean tech, offshore services, life sciences, technology & media, food ingredients manufacturing and transportation on a number of M&A and equity capital market transactions. Folke holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
