biography
Shawn Fowler is the son of the Founding President. Shawn has spent several years working in the search business beginning with summer internships and has developed a strong sense of both client and candidate relationship development. His recruiting focus is centered on helping client's build successful Technology and Executive teams in the analog Semiconductor space. His clients include both young emerging start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations. He has a keen understanding of the recruiting process and is very detail-oriented, which both Hiring Managers and Candidates appreciate. His mission is one of building "World Class" Design organizations and strong management teams. He is also focused on helping individuals achieve their short and long term career goals.
As a former NCAA Hockey Player he holds a BS in Economics from the University of Tennessee where he was a "Team Captain" and "All-American" on the Tennessee Ice Vols Hockey Team. He is a member of the "Ice Vols" Hall of Fame and is the leading scorer in the history of the program.
