Carol has twenty-four years experience as a staffing consultant. Seventeen of these years have been at CCI. During this time she developed a specialty in placing law firm support staff. Although most law firms are looking for legal experience, Carol has been very creative in helping people that are trying to transition into a legal career. She is also actively involved with the SFLSA (San Francisco Legal Secretary Association).
For Carol, being a staffing consultant is a career … not a job. The difference between the two is someone’s ongoing efforts to constantly improve at what they do. Carol definitely does this as she continually strives to build strong client/candidate relationships. In addition, she was one of the first consultants to work a ”blended desk”. Doing so enabled her to use her temporary placements as a tool to help create new full-time job opportunities. And, as a result of the above, she’s been able to successfully help many people during the difficult process of making a career transition.
The key to her success has definitely been the strong relationships she has forged during her twenty-four years in the staffing industry. Her dedication to meeting the individual needs of her clients and candidates has helped to ensure her excellent reputation in the staffing industry.
Carol is a San Francisco native. She graduated from Lowell High School and SF State and currently resides on Telegraph Hill.
