biography
Mr. Flinn holds a Masters degree in Accounting, and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the Association of Production and Inventory Control, as well as holding a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants. He is a member of both of these professional organizations, as well as being a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Resume Writers, and Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.
Mr. Flinn participates in dozens of mock interviews annually, helping organizations to improve their interviewing skills. He also writes articles covering such areas as outplacement, employee morale, interviewing processes and skills, and job search techniques for several Human Resource and recruiting web sites.
