biography
Rita is a Partner with Amrop Knightsbridge and the Leader of Amrop's Global Consumer & Retail Practice. She has been in executive search since 1997, at which time she joined Enns Partners. Prior to executive search, Rita worked for two best-in-class corporations. She began her career in human resources with Imperial Oil Limited. During the course of her 14-year career with the company, she moved from human resources to an operating role. Rita also worked with Canadian Tire Corporation as a Senior Director, Human Resources. She left her corporate role to become a Management Consultant with Hay Consulting in 1995, two years prior to joining Enns Partners. Rita has accumulated a wealth of clients and executive recruitment experience. She has conducted assignments in Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Retail, Professional Services and Life Sciences. Rita works with large, multinational organizations as well as small entrepreneurial founder companies. She is a business graduate of York University in Toronto. She was born in Argentina to European parents and speaks Italian fluently.
