biography
Marc brings over 13 years of experience in the executive search industry to Leadership Venture Partners. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a Senior Vice President and Partner with Austin McGregor International, a boutique executive search firm based in Dallas, Texas. Marc opened Austin McGregor's Seattle office, and worked with prominent national venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and established market leaders. His broad experience spans e-commerce, wireless, broadband, data networking, telecommunications and more, on a national level.
His strengths lie in attracting outside Board and Advisory Members, as well as actively recruiting CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, and Vice Presidents of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Consulting.
Marc is a Limited Partner with Voyager Capital and serves on the Advisory Board of eCustomers, Inc., as well as several other early-stage start-ups. Marc received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a double minor in Sociology and Economics, from Centenary College.
