biography

As a Principal at Factor Ten, I am committed above all else to serving you with professionalism and integrity. I also bring to the search process over fifteen years of real-world experience in accounting and operations. I spent the majority of my accounting career as a Controller in charge of Finance, Accounting, Operations, MIS and Human Resources for an internationally known company. I performed many of the same things you find necessary in the day-to-day tasks of identifying qualified candidates. I, too, spent many hours reviewing resumes, screening candidates, conducting interviews and choosing the most qualified individuals for a job.

For most of the past ten years now, I have worked in the executive search industry for only two companies, one of which is Factor Ten where I serve as both the President in charge of operations as well as an Executive Recruiter serving my clients and filling positions. I look forward to serving you with the same level of ethics I’m proud to have built my career upon.
