Scott Doupe is Office Managing Partner for Conroy Ross Partners of Calgary, Canada.

Within IIC Partners, he served as a board member from 2007 - 2011 and was responsible for introducing minimum standards and Practice Group development.

Scott has been an executive search professional for more than 20 years, and has completed well over 500 search assignments.
