Hello, my name is Robert Donnell, an executive recruiter specializing exclusively within the Managed Healthcare Industries.





After pursuing a degree in marketing, I worked for five years with a national healthcare mailing list compilation firm, marketing lists of healthcare organizations across the country. From this experience, I gained an insight into the Managed Healthcare world and began a career in recruiting top leaders for the industry.

In order to achieve a perfect match between client and candidate, I think a recruiter needs to feel as though they are a part of the company they are recruiting for. I always develop a relationship with my clients so that I can recruit and present to them the exact candidates they are looking for. I listen intently to candidates to make sure they are getting an opportunity that will put them on the right track to reach their career goals.

Recruiting the top people in the Managed Healthcare Industry puts me in touch with candidates that have a proven record of success.
