Michael F. Donahue,

Mr. Donahue has twenty years of experience in the field of Human Resources both in corporate roles and in Executive Search. He spent five years with a privately held corporation working with the Executive Staff and in Human Resources roles in succession planning, organizational development, executive compensation, and assessment.

For Twenty years, Mr. Donahue has successfully executed hundreds of contingent and retained search assignments at all levels of reference in manufacturing/service/ and not-for-profit industries. Mr. Donahue is a veteran executive search professional having sales in excess of 9 million dollars. He has worked with individuals across all disciplines--general management, sales and marketing, engineering, finance, operations, information systems, and administration. He is known to develop a complete understanding of his client’s needs. He examines the situation from within the organization, taking a first-person approach to the issues and partnering with the client to determine the most appropriate course of action.
