biography

Managing begins with genuine care and a passion for people. As the Director of Operations at O’Neill Consulting Group, I believe this is the foundation for my success. I care about people, taking interest in where they come from, and where they are going. Long-lasting relationships are formed by engaging in meaningful conversations with clients, candidates, and our team.

To drive the firm’s strategic performance, I leverage our current capabilities to achieve tangible progress on time-pressing projects while continually optimizing our processes towards strategic solutions. That entails a balance of taking a big picture view to find opportunities for improvement, while remaining tactical to ‘get stuff done.’

More detailed responsibilities include leading our team of consultants and researchers, managing vendor relationships, driving operational efficiency, forming a recruiting strategy that delivers high impact placements, reducing time to fill, and increasing client satisfaction.

We are an organization with an entrepreneurial spirit, where employees are empowered to take charge, share creative thoughts, and have a voice. Their daily interactions create the client-centered experience we strive to deliver throughout our search process. This fresh approach has earned us a seat at the table of our clients’ organizations, where we can make a real difference by recruiting the best and brightest.

Most often, we recruit C-suite, senior executive, and middle management talent across our Consumer, Industrial & Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Private Equity practices. I bring a unique understanding of clients to O’Neill Consulting Group as I spent 15 years leading corporate recruiting for a $13B+ organization with 6,500 employees.
