Mr. David Dickie

biography

David’s early career was spent in financial roles within Haymarket Publishing, looking after the commercial aspects of such high-profile business titles such as Campaign and Marketing.



Subsequent career development resulted in 10 years at Financial Director level within the advertising industry working for names such as DMB&B (now Darcy Group) BMP DDB Needham and WMGO Group (now Incepta Group) where he also assumed responsibility for the Human Resources function.



In 1997 David established DNP Ltd, a Human Resource consultancy focussed on the TMT sector. The company completed numerous successful campaigns on behalf of its clients before David divested his shareholding and moved on to found Next Generation Solutions with Peter Gillingwater. Within Next Generation, David developed, amongst clients and candidates alike, his reputation as a professional search practitioner able to deliver against complex requirements and has been instrumental in building entire management teams for many Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies.
