biography

Caroline Dever has a Bachelor of Arts (Media) Degree from Latrobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from RMIT University. Caroline spent her early career working as a publicist in the film and television industry before moving into public relations consulting. She joined Blue Boat, a strategic branding agency where she advised clients in the government, corporate and retail sectors on above and below the line communications. Subsequently, she joined Recognition PR working with clients on media and customer engagement strategies before moving to The PR Edge, part of the Clemenger Group as an Account Director. At Clemenger, Caroline worked with corporate clients on developing strategies to engage stakeholders, particularly the media. Prior to joining Amrop Cordiner King in 2011, Caroline worked for the global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles. A member of the Asia Pacific industrial practice, Caroline’s focus was on senior appointments in the steel, chemical and manufacturing sectors.
