biography
Graduated with a PhD in applied chemistry and with an MBA (Essec), Fabien Delime began his career as a consultant within the European leader in innovation consultancy (Altran). Initially focussed in technology consultancy – Fabien is the author of numerous publications in International Papers about Energy related issues - and in service management, he then turned to Business Development. In this position, he recruited several consultants for a wide variety of positions in complex sectors, ranging from highly specialised disciplines to cross-disciplinary activities.
After three years, he joined Global One in 2000 (which became Equant in 2001), an international leader in telecommunications services for multinational companies, to held a position of CRM Marketing Manager. One year later, he was appointed Head of EMEA Bid Management & Customer Care, and he found himself once again in a position where he recruited highly specialised senior executives during four years.
Joining the recruitment area in 2005, to devote his talents to executive search, was therefore a natural progression.
