biography
Sean Davies spent his early career as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne. Moving to a commercial career, he completed an MBA and spent four years with the Boston Consulting Group advising Australian and international blue chip companies on a diverse range of management and strategic business issues. Prior to joining Amrop Cordiner King, he was a Principal with the executive search firm, Egon Zehnder International where he undertook searches for many of Australia’s Top 100 companies at the level of chief executive, or direct report to the chief executive. In addition to his strong background in management consulting and executive search, Sean brings to the practice extensive experience in the area of management audit and appraisal. Sean has a BSc, PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics and an MBA from the University of Melbourne.
