Stefan Danis

Stéfan is President and CEO of Mandrake Management Consultants. He manages Mandrake’s national network, with offices in Calgary and Montréal (Mandrake Groupe Conseil). As well, he oversees the company’s strategic alliances in the USA, the UK and around the globe. He is listed in the Who’s Who in Ontario and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Stéfan has over 13 years of experience in executive recruiting and has led the development of Canada’s largest recruiting practice specializing in the communications industry. Outside of his direct involvement in the recruitment of dozens of CEOs, he has brokered several mergers and acquisitions, and consulted on highly publicized agency selections. He is a keen student of the “War for Talent” and the issues surrounding the changing face of human capital in today’s market. He is a leader in creating and structuring competitive advantages for organizations.

Stéfan started his career in Marketing Management with Procter & Gamble, where he worked on new and established consumer product franchises. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, where he graduated with distinction.

Stéfan has been very active driving social responsibility at Mandrake. He created “Skate for Kids” in 1991, an annual pro-am hockey event, linking industry and NHL pros and benefiting a variety of children’s charities, as well as making an annual contribution to NABS. Stéfan has chaired the event every year since its inception and Skate for Kids has raised over $200,000.
