Ulrich Dade

Ulrich has been Chairman of Amrop since June 2009. He entered the executive search business in 1986 as one of the founding partners of Delta Management Consultants in Germany. In 2000 he joined the Board of The Amrop Hever Group and was appointed Chairman from 2001 to 2003. He then served as Vice Chairman until 2008 and headed the worldwide Automotive and Industrial Practice Group until 2007. Prior to 1986 he held various Managing Director and Board-level positions in leading engineering companies. His consultancy scope has included first-line management with a focus on automotive/engineering, consumer goods/retail, private equity and board work. Ulrich studied economics and business administration in Düsseldorf. His personal interests encompass literature, travel and sports.
