Guadalupe Diaz-Escobedo has been Partner at Grupo Selección Corporativa for over 20 years, currently in charge of talent search projects for client organizations of various sizes and sectors.
She has more than 30 years of work experience. The early years were spent in Wal-Mart (formerly Grupo Aurrerá) and Seguros La Comercial in various human resources positions. The following six years she worked with Responde, a firm dedicated to executive search of which she was founder.
Guadalupe is a postgraduate teacher in human resources related areas, at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) and the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). She is an active participation at ANSER Foundation to help children with Cancer.
Guadalupe has a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana; postgraduate studies in Productivity and Quality from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM); studies in training supervisors in JICA, Japan and a Diploma in Administration and Business Development from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
