After graduating, Alan progressed from advertising and PR to insurance & financial services marketing.

Alan has worked for blue chip companies including ITT London & Edinburgh, National Mutual Life and AMP, rising to the position of General Manager / Main Board Director.

Since 1991 Alan has been an Executive Search and Management Consultant and he now concentrates solely on senior assignments in retail and institutional asset management.

Alan has executed high-level searches for many major UK and international investment houses.
