TONY SEPP, PRESIDENT

Tony Sepp has 25+ years experience in the information services industry building high-growth, high profile organizations. Before Co-founding the firm he was Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of NeoVision Systems Inc. Before that he spent 9 years at Quotron Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Sales. Earlier, he held numerous positions at NBI, Inc. including Vice President, Eastern Region and Government Operations and held Sales Management positions at Xerox Corporation. Tony holds a BA degree from the University of Virginia and continued his professional education in a variety of advanced management programs sponsored by Xerox, NBI and Quotron Systems.

JAMES A. CUNNINGHAM, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT and MANAGING DIRECTOR - HOSPITALITY RECRUITING

Jim Cunningham has more than twenty years executive experience, the last ten in the hospitality, investment and financial services industries. Prior to joining the firm he was a Principal with Capstone Realty Funding, an advisory firm providing commercial real estate financing to Commercial and Hotel REITs and corporate and individual clients. Before that he was Co-National Director of the Hospitality Lending Group for First Security Commercial Mortgage, Inc., a national conduit lender originating commercial mortgages for the securitized mortgage pools of ContiFinancial Services, Inc. and various other Wall Street firms, and was one of the earliest originators of commercial loan products for the investment banking community. Jim holds a BS degree in Business and Public Administration from the University of Maryland, and did graduate work at the National Law Center, George Washington University.

LLOYD G. FITZSIMMONS, VICE PRESIDENT

Lloyd “Fitz” Fitzsimmons joined Donnelly Sepp & Associates in January, 2001, after a successful career in the hospitality industry. With over 30 years experience assessing and monitoring human interaction Fitz brings a unique perspective to the search and placement process. For the past 20 years he has been associated with a renowned Wall St. eatery, St. Maggie’s Cafe. During those years he has established extensive personal relationships with all levels of management within the financial community. His people skills and personal contacts make Fitz a valuable resource for all Donnelly Sepp clients. Fitz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College. Among his proudest achievements are a successful 24 year marriage to Stephanie, and the nurturing of their two sons, Lloyd and Drew.


JERRY OSLEY, VICE-PRESIDENT - SOUTHEAST REGION

Jerry Osley is the founder of Secure Logic, LLC, a security consultancy based out of RTP, North Carolina. As the second largest banking/financial market after NY, the North Carolina and RTP market opens up the horizon for Southeast based opportunities for Donnelly Sepp and Associates for both financial and Information security related opportunities.

Jerry is an experienced executive with a strong background in the core areas of direct sales, sales management, channel sales management, strategic relationships, and market development. While at Mutek Solutions, Inc., as Vice President-Business Development, he was responsible for leading strategic initiatives. Jerry successfully led the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies of enterprise management software at Computer Associates. Those efforts resulted in over $100 million of new product revenue. He also directed and executed sales strategies to target accounts, established strategic alliances and partnerships, and was responsible for building relations at the executive and senior management level. Jerry is a Fordham University graduate and holds a BA degree in Philosophy.

DOREEN E. FIOLEK, VICE PRESIDENT

Doreen has been associated with the financial and information services industry for over eleven years. Before coming to Donnelly Sepp and Associates she spent 6 years at Quotron Systems, Inc. as a Regional sales Manager in New York. Before that was the Manager of the Offerings Desk at The Bond Buyer, Thompson Financial. Doreen holds a bachelor degree in Communications from Niagara University and spent time studying at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She participated in technical advancement courses through both Quotron Systems, Inc. and Thompson Financial.
