Tais is a Vice President & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Consumer Goods practices, such as Electronic Goods, Wholesale and Retail, Hotel and Leisure, Travel Agencies, Rent a Car Companies, Shopping Center Administrators and Educational and Hospital Services. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. Tais has 20 years of experience in the executive search industry. She joined Fesa in 1997, to manage and structure the Research & Market Intelligence area. In 1998, she began conducting projects in several industries, Consumer Goods, Chemical, Telecommunications, Information Technology and Pharmaceutical, also among them was the Financial Services industry, one of the industries that she specialized in. Tais started her career in executive search at Spencer Stuart in 1987, leading executive search consulting projects for ten years in several industries such as Consumer Goods, Capital Goods, Automotive and Services. She started her professional activities as Human Resources Manager at Companhia Vidraria Santa Marina. Her main activities were management training, recruiting and selecting technical professionals, as well as benefits and events management. Tais holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with specialization in Organizational Psychology from Sedes Sapientiae, and MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
