Diego Cubas is Client Partner of Cornerstone Lima, General Manager of CL Selection and Partner & Director of MD Strategies (A Career Global Partner Firm).
Previous Experience
He is senior consultant in executive search, competencies-based interviews, and coaching. He has experience in commercial and marketing strategies, including market research and brand building, with emphasis on consumer goods and services in companies such as Procter & Gamble, AIG and Americatel.
Diego is a recipient of the "Cornerstone Chairman Award 2009" and the "Cornerstone Chairman Award 2010".
Additional Professional Activities
He is a frequent panelist and speaker on a number of subjects including personal marketing, competencies-based selection processes, and Talent Management.
Education
Diego has a B.S in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima with experience in transnational companies. He also holds an MBA from Universidad del Pacifico.
