Mr. Ray Consiglio

Raymond Consiglio possesses 30 plus years of human resources and executive recruiting experience. For ten years, he directed external executive recruiting activities at IBM, the last three years as Head of IBM Executive Recruiting, Worldwide. In this role he led 500+ executive recruiting assignments in virtually every area of IBM's business. These assignments included professional services, software, technology and corporate functions such as strategy, legal, finance, communications, and human resources. Ray has been an Advisory Member of the Executive Search Information Exchange, a network of corporate talent officers advancing best practices in executive recruiting. He is certified in Human Resources Studies with Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville College.
