Cindy Channdler has seven years of executive recruiting experience. Prior to starting Chandler Group, she was a Vice President at a prominent, regional executive search firm and began her search career with a New York based international search firm. She has served clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, nonprofit and professional services. Searches completed include the functional areas of finance, human resources, senior management, sales and marketing, communications, plant management and operations.

Cindy’s total commitment to client service and her reputation for thoroughness and industry knowledge is endorsed by her many repeat clients.

Prior to her career in executive search, Cindy spent fifteen years with American Express Financial Advisors and Piper Jaffray. She received her BA from the University of Minnesota and has been an active community volunteer for many years, serving on various committees and boards. She is currently serving as a board member for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Minnesota/North Dakota Better Business Bureau.
