biography
Tais is an Associate & Partner at Fesa, responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Agribusiness industry. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. In 2011, Tais took over as a Partner at Abrahams Executive Search, a recruitment firm focused on the Agribusiness industry. She began her career at the Cava Farm in 2010, as Technical Supervisor. At JBS – Friboi she held the position of Human Resources Analyst, in charge of the recruitment and training for a Business Unit. Tais holds a bachelor’s degree in Zootechnics from Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM). She is a native speaker of Portuguese and has good command of English.
