biography
Ray graduated from Trinity College Dublin and after spending his early career in retail management he subsequently joined a specialist IT recruitment consultancy. Ray first moved into executive search in 1988 in what was at the time one of Ireland's leading search practices. He was a founder director of a specialist recruitment business in 1992 and sold his shareholding in this business in 1997 to join KPMG. He spent eleven years in KPMG as Director - Executive Search undertaking senior management and Board level search assignments. Ray has over twenty years experience in executive search in Ireland and has worked across a broad spectrum of industry sectors. In latter years he has particularly focused on privately owned Irish businesses and the private equity sector.
